Game of Thrones seasons 1 and 2 are soon to be re-released on Blu-ray, making them the first television show to be released with Dolby Atmos Sound.
The newly remixed Dolby Atmos soundtrack places and moves music and sounds around the room, including overhead which creates a memorable experience for those watching. To enable this feature at home, a Dolby Atmos-enabled AV receiver is required.
Despite that, the soundtracks are fully backward compatible and will always automatically play in the best quality possible.
Not only that but the box sets will come as steelbook sets, featuring brand new art designed by the agency responsible for the series' Emmy Award-winning opening credits, Elastic.
Each steelbook showcases a specific location, with season 1 featuring Winterfell and season 2 featuring King's Landing.
When season 3 is released it will feature the magnet sigil of House Frey and the Twins location, whilst season 4 takes consumers to Castle Black and the Wall.
The season 1 and 2 limited edition steelbooks will be available to purchase on Amazon for the suggest pricing of £22.99 from Monday, October 26.
